Pokey Reddick and Steve Penney
Reddick played for the Jets, Oilers and Panthers. He won a Stanley Cup as Edmonton's backup goalie in 1990. He holds the record for most games played without a shutout, 132. Steve Penney played for Montreal and Winnipeg. He won a Stanley Cup with the 1986 Habs but was injured during the playoff run.
Miroslav Kopriva
Kopriva goes into my "backup only" binder as he only at on the bench for the Minnesota Wild.
Darryl Reaugh
Daryl Reaugh, a former NHL goaltender, appeared in 7 games as an Edmonton Oiler and 20 as a Hartford Whaler.
Matthew Spiller, Kenndal McArdle and Lawrence Nycholat
Most of Spiller's 68 career games came with the 03/04 Pheonix Coyotes. He last played in the NHL for the 07/08 New York Islanders. McArdle was a former first round pick in 2005 but has only played a handful of NHL games between Florida and Winnipeg. Nycholat has played for the Rangers, Capitals, Senators, Canucks and Avalanche.
Nate Prosser Dean Arsene
Nate Prosser has made a number of appearances for the Wild and remains in their system. Arsene played 13 games for the 09/10 Edmonton Oilers. He recorded 41 penalty minutes and no points.
Anton Vermette, Dave Debol and Tom Fenton
Vermette has spent a decade in the NHL and has posted 4 20+ goal seasons, three for the Sens and one for the Blue Jackets. Debol spent 2 years in the WHA with the Cincinnati Stingers and 2 years in the NHL with the Hartford Whalers. In December of 2010 Tom Fenton threw on a jersey and became the emergency backup goalie of the Pheonix Coyotes. He goes into my "backup only" binder as ITG choose to celebrate his accomplishment with this card, which will be his only ever.
Pete Weber and Willard Ikola
Pete Weber goes into my "oddball" binder as he never played pro hockey. He's been the voice of the Nashville Predators since their inaugural season in 98/99. Ikola also goes into my "oddball" binder. His claim to fame is for being on the 1955 silver medal US Olympic team that upset Canada. He's also scouted for the New York Islanders. The Dave Debol and Willard Ikola cards are from a legit company called TK Legacy. They deal mostly with other sports but I have found there to be the following hockey cards:Red Berenson
Marty Turco
Brendan Morrison
John Matchefts
Dave Debol
Bill McKenzie
Williard Ikola
Dmitri Kvartalnov, David Sacco, Craig Darby, David Roberts, Ryan Hughes, David Roberts and Travis Richards.
Dmitri Kvartalnov's NHL RC season was in 1992/93 for the Boston Bruins. Coming in hot off a 60 goal season in the IHL he netted 30 goals and 72 points in only 73 NHL games in Beantown. He only lasted 39 more NHL games after falling into coach Brent Sutter's dog house and his NHL career was done after only two seasons. I really enjoy some of these old Classic as they gave some unique players their only autograph. David Sacco played a few games for the Maple Leafs and a few more for the Ducks, his brother is Colorado's head coach, Joe. Craig Darby played a two full seasons for the Habs while David Roberts played one for the Canucks. Ryan Huges suited up for only 3 NHL games with the Boston Bruins, Travis Richards, meanwhile, played his only 3 NHL for Dallas.
Don Marcotte, Greg Malone, Bruce MacGregor and Greg Croteau
4 great ITG Franchises autographs to finish off the post. Don Marcotte is a Boston Bruin legend, a member of their famous 70's teams. Greg Malone, Ryan's father, Bruce MacGregor and Greg Croteau all had long and successful NHL career's though none of them won a championship.
