Jean-Guy Talbot

I have 20 new NHL autographs to show since the last post.  With these the grand total in my collection is now 3,310 unique NHL signatures.

Jean-Guy Talbot
Defenseman Jean-Guy Talbot played over 1000 NHL games between 1955 and 1971.  He was a member of 7 Stanley Cup champion teams, all with Montreal.  After retiring as a player he returned to the league as a head coach with the Blues and Ranges.  For someone with 7 Cup rings he has a rather small amount of autographs on the market.
Richard Sevigny and Mike Vernon
Richard Sevigny won the Stanley Cup with the Habs in 1979 as a backup net minder.  At that point he hadn't even played a single minute in the NHL.  He then went on to play 180 games in the league.  He shared the 1981 Vezina trophy with Michel Larocque and Denis Herron.
Mike Vernon had a long and storied career in the NHL.  Over 19 years in the league he won the Stanley Cup twice, 1989 and 1997, a William Jennings Trophy, a Conn Smythe and was named to 5 NHL All-Star teams.
Alex Auld
Alex Auld saw well over 200 games of NHL action over a career that saw him stop in many cities as a backup or stop gap.  He was once a member of the Canucks, Panthers, Coyotes, Bruins, Senators, Stars, Rangers and Canadiens.
Darryl Sutter
With the addition of Darry Sutter to my collection I now have a signature of all 6 Sutter brothers to play in the NHL.  Darryl spent his entire playing career with the Blackhawks and served as their team captain.  He's better known as a coach and GM, recently guiding the LA Kings to the 2012 Stanley Cup championship.
Adam Berti and Liam Reddox
Adam Berti played a couple games for the 2007/08 Chicago Blackhawks.
Liam Reddox scored 24 points in 100 games for the Edmonton Oilers between 2008 and 2011.
Bill Thomas and Andrew Hutchinson
Between 2006 and 2012 Bill Thomas played 87 games in the NHL.  He saw time with the Phoenix Coyotes, Pittsburgh Penguins and Florida Panthers.
Defenseman Andrew Hutchinson has played for the Nashville Predators, Carolina Hurricanes, Tampa Bay Lightning, Dallas Stars and Pittsburgh Penguins.
Stefan Elliott and Yan Golubovsky
Defenseman Stefan Elliott has played 57 games for the Colorado Avalanche since 2011.
Russian D-man Yan Golubovsky played 56 NHL games between the Detroit Red Wings and Florida Panthers.  He played 12 regular season games for the 1998 Stanley Cup champions Red Wings, not enough to warrant his name on the trophy.
Jude Drouin and Chuck Hamilton
Jude Drouin made his NHL debut with the Montreal Canadiens in the late 1960s.  He spent most of his 10 seasons in the league between the North Stars, Islanders and Jets.  He was a member of the inaugural Winnipeg Jets NHL team in 1979.
Chuck Hamilton played a total of 4 NHL games, 1 for the 1961/62 Montreal Canadiens and 3 a whole decade later for the 1972/73 St. Louis Blues
Wally Hergesheimer and Sandy Snow
2 time NHL All-Star Wally Hergesheimer played his entire 350+ NHL game career in the 1950's.
Bill "Sandy" Snow played 3 games for the 1968/69 Detroit Red Wings.
Jeff Rohlicek and Ross Yates
Jeff Rohlicek played 9 games for the Vancouver Canucks in the late 1980's.
Currently an assistant coach with the QMJHL's Saint John Sea Dogs, Ross Yates played 7 games for the 1983/84 Hartford Whalers.
Ted McAneeley and Thommie Bergman
Between 1972 and 1975 Ted McAneeley played 150+ NHL games for the California Seals.  He also spent a season in the WHA, 1975/76, playing for the Edmonton Oilers.
Thommie Bergman played well over 200 NHL games for the Detroit Red Wings and well over 200 WHA games for the Winnipeg Jets.  He was a member of the 1976 Jets team that claimed the Avco cup as WHA champions.  He currently works for the Toronto Maple Leafs as a a scout.
Mikael Lindholm
Swedish left winger Mikael Lindholm scored 2 goals and 4 points in 18 games for the 1989/90 Los Angeles Kings.

A half a dozen "other" autographs to end the post.  5 played in the WHA only and 1 was a long time linesman.
Wayne Wood and Lynn Zimmerman
Wayne Wood tended net in the WHA for the Vancouver Blazers, Calgary Cowboys, Toronto Toros and Birmingham Bulls.
Lynn Zimmerman played 28 games in the WHA.  He noted that his favourite memory from the league was playing with Gordie and the Howe boys.
Jerry Zrymiak and Pierre Viau
Jerry Zrymiak played 150+ games in the WHA.
Pierre Viau played 4 games in the WHA for the 1972/73 Chicago Cougars.
He noted that his only memory from the games was blocking a Bobby Hull shot that broke his shinpad.
Bill Davis and Randy Mitton
Bill Davis played 17 games for the WHA's Winnipeg Jets.
Randy Mitton was a long time NHL linesman.  Over 30 years he worked 2000+ games in the league.
